Pregnancy Support Group
This group is designed to provide a unique community of support to pregnant women. Whether this is your first child or you have been through several pregnancies before, this group will provide an additional layer of support during this physically and emotionally demanding time.
Every Wednesday from 11am - 12pm
New Moms Group
This group is designed to support new moms with babies 0-3 months of age. This group’s goal is to create a community that will provide support, suggestions, and validation during one of the most overwhelming times as a parent. Babies are welcome!
Every Wednesday from 12pm - 1pm
Bipolar Disorder Group
It is incredibly challenging managing the symptoms of bipolar disorder and it's important to find others who can support you when you're struggling with these highs and lows. This group is intended to offer support and provide communication tools to help express your needs and educate those you love on this disorder.

Food Anxiety Group
Have you or someone you know become overwhelmed by your thoughts of anxiety around food and eating? If so, than this group is designed for you. This 8-week facilitated group will be starting in December and is designed to provide support and coping skills to minimize anxiety around food and eating.
